I hope they feel it was worth it because a week later I went to Lowe's an purchased the washer and dryer and refrigerator I was fully intending on buying at Home Depot. He clearly isn't even listening, doing something else and could absolutely not care less about his employee's behavior and the total lack of competence on behalf of the two different employees who provided instruction and cut the shades, or the rude witch I spoke with on my third visit. Call the store and speak to the manager, Victor after waiting 20 minutes on hold. I left the store to deescalate the situation because I have never seen an employee able to be as nasty and rude as this lady and a had a child with me. Either way, one time or the other your employee cut the shades incorrectly. Get a rude condescending, nasty fool this time who says.get this, you have to measure them, not bring in the old ones? So, which do you want, you DON"T get to have it both ways to cover for your employees errors. Purchased 8 more shades which they cut based on the old shades the advised to bring in. They wouldn't take the ones I already purchased back, but advised the prefer having the old shade to work with (not what the first person told me?) so they can cut them exactly right. So, I go home, take down all the shades and haul them back to the store. Went back to the store and they advised to bring the old shades in because they couldn't have cut them wrong, I measured them wrong.
#Home depot receipt windows
Horrible rude employees, indifferent manager, non-existent customer serviceīuyer beware! Went in to the Enfield Home Depot after measuring my windows based on an employee instruction the week before and purchased 8 roll up shades. We will be buying from Lowes from now on. I said that since I don't have the item, and the item is still at the HD warehouse, I wanted it canceled NOW. He said even though the package shows it's NOT been loaded on a truck, he can't cancel it, and doesn't know when it will show up. Called again, and got a supervisor named Scott.

Again, he said he didn't know how, and said someone "may" call me on Sunday. Called again and got a dude who essentially told me that, one, he didn't know why the package wasn't picked up, and two, didn't know when it would be delivered. Called on Thursday and HD corrected the billing info, and PROMISED the door would be here today, Saturday, June 10. They had the wrong billing address (the one I tried updating twice before),so the package didn't arrive. Ordered a door, to be delivered 4 days ago. Hey, how about hiring English-speaking people in the USA? Maybe less likely to be incompetent.
